A nice sail on New Years day. Started out quite choppy and confused with the high tide but this cleaned up once the tide started dropping allowing access to the small waves breaking at harbour view. Overpowered at times on the 5.8 but this made it easier to come out through the surf with some speed. Front side turns were difficult with the wind being so onshore and jumping on port was never good for me or my equipment.
